You are so right. I cannot tell you how happy I was to have found this amazing diet. I actually went to my Dr. and started my Dr.'s recommended Rx diet program. I took Phentermine for almost 6 months then ALI and I lost a whopping 5 lbs. My Dr. threw up her hands and sad sorry, I have nothing else to recommend.
