My dear husband and 2 sons ate pizza hut pizza last night (argh)and I was extremely tempted to join them. Instead my hubby poached me a filet of cod and brought me a bowl of strawberries. (lucky for him). Although I pouted last night briefly, I was soooo happy when I stepped on the scale this morning. I CANNOT BELIEVE I DID THE WHOLE 40 DAYS, THEN THE 3 FOLLOW UP DAYS AND I DID NOT CHEAT ONCE -(yet). I am now ready for maintenance. I also went to a certain health club and had my BMI tested to compare beginning stats to where I am now. I dropped 3% body fat and I have gone from 161 to 136.5. Yea!
