Weight Loss

I counsel everyone on nutrition (whether they want it or not…!) and I think weight loss comes down to good nutrition, activity, and stress control. Weight loss is hormonal, mental, and physical…that is what makes it so tough!

Hormonal imbalances that lead to weight gain

  • Thyroid problems
  • Estrogen dominance
  • Menopause
  • Polycystic Ovarian syndrome
  • Metabolic disease — inuslin resistance
  • Cortisol imbalance
  • Testosterone deficiency

Mental problems

  • Lack of confidense, self esteem, and self security.
  • Anxiety / depression
  • Addiction

Physical issues

Sedentary

Lack of mobility due to pain or other physical problems

My job is to help you with all of the above obstacles to make weight loss do-able! Then the rest is really up to you. I am in the processing of developing a coaching program and weight loss quick-start program that will be available in person and online. Maybe if someone helps you along your path it will be more motivational and you will do it!

Please stay tuned for more…just working out the program details!
